Now Accepting New Clients--Evening Availability in Phoenixville
I believe that meaningful change happens when people feel understood, supported, and empowered to explore the patterns shaping their lives and relationships.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I bring more than 15 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. Throughout my career, I have worked in schools, community-based settings, and private practice, supporting individuals and families through a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges.
My approach is grounded in family systems thinking, which means I look beyond symptoms to understand the relationships, experiences, and environments that influence how we think, feel, and respond to life's challenges. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your relationship, your child, or your family, I believe lasting change begins with understanding the larger context of your experiences.
Therapy is a collaborative process that helps you better understand yourself, strengthen relationships, and develop new ways of responding to life's challenges.
I draw from family systems theory, attachment-based perspectives, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help clients gain insight, improve communication, and create meaningful change. Together, we work to identify patterns, build on strengths, and develop practical strategies that can be applied in everyday life.
My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe exploring difficult emotions, relationships, and life experiences while working toward meaningful and lasting change.
In addition to private practice, I have extensive experience working within school settings and collaborating with families, educators, and community providers to support children, adolescents, and their caregivers.
This experience has strengthened my understanding of child development, family relationships, parenting challenges, and the many systems that influence emotional well-being.
Finding the right therapist is an important decision. If you're considering therapy and would like to learn more about my approach, I invite you to schedule a consultation.
I look forward to learning more about your goals and exploring how therapy may be able to support you.
